The Online Service Centre lets you conveniently order the services you need for your presence at Platformers’ Days, including stand assemlby, equipment for indoor and outdoor stands, technical connections, demonstration material, services, marketing and press.
If you have exhibited at one of our events before, you will already have the login data for your personal customer account with Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH. You can use this login data to register and order services once you have received your stand confirma-tion.

Exhibitor and product database
In addition, upon registration you will automatically be included with your company name and stand number in our printed trade fair medium (issued free of charge to all visitors) and with an exhibitor profile in the exhibitor and product database (EPDB for short)*:
The online exhibitor and product database offers you the opportunity to maintain your personal exhibitor profile and thus present your company in full. As a special service we will grant you full editability of your profile as part of the Customer Care Package.
This means among other things:
8 product categories that can be selected free of charge
unlimited number of product descriptions incl. photos and videos
*Remains online until the publication of the new online exhibitor database for the following trade fair.

This document will tell you when you will receive your stand confirmation, for example, as well as when you can order stand material via our Online Service Centre.
It also points the deadline for your catalogue entry.
Find important information on the technical details of your trade fair presentation, such as technical guidelines for stands in the outdoor exhibition area, stand construction planning, parking and access concept.
We would like to inform you that during your trade fair preparations, various companies may occasionally approach you with different offers that are not directly affiliated with us as the organizer. While some of these may be legitimate providers, unfortunately, many of them are dubious businesses with negative intentions.
Therefore, please consciously and proactively pay attention to the senders and the legitimacy of all incoming emails that appear to be directly related to your trade fair participation, according to the email subject and message content!
Here are some examples of senders that are not associated with us and have been reported recently and in the past:
A company named "Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV" from Mexico is contacting some exhibitors of Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH and requesting an update of entries in the exhibitor directory.
A company named "International Fairs Directory" is contacting exhibitors to inquire about content related to their trade fair participation.
Currently, a company named "spiraatech" is contacting exhibitors and offering to send the exhibitor list if they express interest in it. Please note that this email should be considered as spam!
Such "black sheep" are currently reappearing more frequently in the German market. Therefore, please be cautious and carefully check the legitimacy of your emails.
We would like to reiterate that such companies have no affiliation or cooperation with the Platformers' Days and Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH.
Entries in the mentioned portals "Expo-Guide" (www.expo-guide.com or www.interfairs.com) are also not related to any of our trade fairs. Moreover, as indicated in the fine print, it is not a free offer but rather a paid advertisement for a period of three years at an annual cost of 1,181 euros.
We strongly advise against accepting the supposed free entry in the directory and recommend disregarding and discarding the letter if you have received one.
Karlsruher Messe- und Kongress GmbH expressly disassociates itself from the "International Fairs Directory".
We are, of course, at your disposal for any questions you may have.
If you have ordered a paid entry with EXPO GUIDE, we provide you with a letter for download that has been legally reviewed by AUMA (Association of the German Trade Fair Industry). This letter can be used to dispute the payment of an invoice.
Similarly, we also provide you with a sample of one of the circulating letters from EXPO GUIDE for download.
