Looking back to Platformers’ Days 2023
The whole industry on site - innovation and interaction - machine and more" was the motto of this year's Platformers' Days, which took place for the second time at the trade fair venue in Karlsruhe and attracted around 2,400 participants, including almost 1,500 professional visitors. The trade fair is the most important event in mobile lifting and height access technology in the German-speaking region. More than 100 well-known manufacturers from nine countries presented the complete product range from the working platform, crane and forklift segments.
With around 20,000 m² of outdoor exhibition space and about 12,500 m² of indoor exhibition space, Platformers' Days this year occupied a quarter more space than at the inaugural event at the Karlsruhe venue in 2021. The exhibition management is thus responding to the wishes expressed by exhibitors for more space for product presentations and live demonstrations.
IPAF as the conceptual sponsor as well as the bbi, VDBUM and BSK associations supported the trade fair.
The patronage for the event was assumed by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economics, Labour and Tourism.
